Natasha is the founder and president of Forged in His Fire Ministries. She is the author of Forged in His Fire book. She is also an international teacher and mentor. Natasha wants to teach the Nations how to pray and how to desire the secret place. With 8 years in ministry of serving her fellow brothers and sisters in Christ and walking with the Lord since she was a little girl, it wasn’t until her early 20’s that she learned how to deeply walk out a life fully Christ crucified, Galatians 2:20 "it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me." She picked up her cross and learned what it means to submit to a life that is not her own.
She fights relentlessly against the kingdom of darkness and her goal is to usher millions of souls in the kingdom of God. She desires to not only usher them but she desires to teach and equip others how to live a life in full freedom and wholeness in Christ Jesus. Every attack the enemy has sent in Natasha's life since a child to stop her, tear her down, and try to destroy her, the Holy Spirit used to in turn, teach Natasha what it means to fight the good fight of faith. No matter what she had to lose, even her own children for a long while due to injustice, she kept her eyes on the throne, her Father's business and she has watched Him put her whole life not only back together but made it brand new and redeemed all the stolen and lost days.
She has 14 years of senior sales experience and was also a skilled mediator and arbitrator.

Shala’s discipline in her pursuit for Christ was greatly influenced by her health and fitness journey, among many other things.
Shala has learned to pick up her cross and live her life for Jesus Christ. She has a true servant's heart. She desires for others to experience the freedom and immaculate love that comes from living a life truly submitted to the authority of Jesus Christ, just as she has.
She is an experienced online health and fitness coach who has helped many learn to steward their bodies properly with simple concepts. 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 tells us that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit and that our bodies belong to Him. We are to honor our bodies and steward them well. Shala is hoping to greatly influence others to be disciplined in their faith above all, especially her own two children that The Lord has entrusted her with.

As someone who has experienced the transformative power of Jesus Christ, Lindsey is passionate about sharing the hope and healing that only He can bring. Through her journey of faith, she has witnessed firsthand the miracles that happen when we surrender our lives to Christ and allow Him to renew our minds and hearts.
Lindsey serves as Secretary on the Board of Officers for Forged in His Fire Ministries. Her heart is to see families restored and thriving under the lordship of Jesus, living in the fullness of His love and purpose. Through her role in the ministry, she is devoted to equipping others to walk in the freedom and victory that Christ offers, empowering them to live out their God-given calling.

Dr. Larry Keefauver provides spiritual oversight and accountability for Forged In His Fire Ministries. He has also been a spiritual father and mentor to Natasha Sloane, contributing to her growth in leadership.
As an internationally recognized teacher, Dr. Keefauver offers spiritual guidance and oversight to numerous ministries across the globe. He has over 2.5 million books circulating globally, translated into 12 languages, including Commanding Angels, 77 Irrefutable Truths of Prayer, Praying for Presidents (2024), The 77 Irrefutable Truths of marriage, The 77 Irrefutable Truths of Parenting (co-authored with his wife, Judi), and Proactive Parenting—The Early Years. His work spans topics from family dynamics and marriage to spiritual warfare and prayer.
